Give the personal recommendation form to a personal friend or associate (non-relative) who has known you for at least one year and who has knowledge of your spiritual walk and professional abilities, accomplishments and responsibilities. Please have them send this reference directly to us as soon as possible.

Give the spousal recommendation form to your spouse. Ask him or her to send the reference directly to us as soon as possible.

Fill-out the medical form as completely and accurately as possible.

Official certified high school or college transcript, GED or equivalent.

Students admission to the Called will be official upon the student's receipt of a letter of acceptance from the admissions office.
